With our handheld technology, we offer total tire management. One of the greatest challenges for most fleets is total accountability of their tire life cycle. Once these costs are established, we have the methods in place to reduce these costs and help a fleet budget their future tire expenses. This enables us to be a valuable resource in helping a fleet to understand their true tire costs. We now have the ability to track every aspect of a fleet's tire purchases.

Over the past several years, we have invested heavily in technology that allows us to help a fleet manage their tire costs. For instance, proper air pressure maintenance is the single greatest opportunity for most fleets to reduce their costs, yet this is the most common problem. Many times this is an area where we gather valuable information to provide insight to a fleet. We provide an inspection process where we look for areas of opportunity to help reduce tire-related operating expenses.

Next, we check for corrosion at the bead seat area of the wheel, which can have a negative impact on extended casing life due to bead damage. During the refurbishing process we uncover cracks in the wheel face plate that cannot be easily seen with old paint build-up. In addition to the aesthetic value of wheel refinishing, there are several other factors to consider when asking yourself if this service is right for your fleet. We are totally focused on the quality of our retread processes and continue to invest in new technologies as they advance. Each of these facilities is strategically located to provide quality products and services throughout the state of Florida. We own and operate five state-of-the-art Bandag retread facilities. In many cases, this program can greatly reduce the expenses associated with the second highest operating expense a fleet faces. This service is provided for the fleet that wants to focus on their core business and outsource all or part of their tire-related services. We service not only our local, in-state fleet customers, but we are also dedicated to providing the same quality service to many nationwide carriers through their national account programs.
